Cruise
So my cruise is coming up in 2 months.,. I don’t think my body will be able to get toned by then. This stupid fibromyalgia keeps me from being able to work out much. I manage to walk about 15 mins on the treadmill mon-fri. And I try and do some core and free weight exercises if my body allows it which is not often.
I just don’t want to look like a fat blob on the cruise.
I want to be toned… I would love to also be about 10lbs lighter, but that won’t happen either.
Ugh, just toned would be ok with me

22 grams of protein per serving ( and yes that cup gets filled to the rim each serving) and loads of vitamins and minerals!
Have been doing “clean eating” for the past 24 days as part of a challenge for myself. After the 28 day challenge I’m going to stick to an 80% 10% 10% until after my cruise in June, then it’s on to full on Raw Vegan and I hope to be 100% that way by the end of the year.
On another note, my baby fever is going crazy…. I would love to be pregnant…. (not happy about weight gain, but happy for a baby)

I think I will make a new one of these or something when I go raw.. Post Picts and recipes and what not

she was just diagnosed with having a tumour in her brain, connected to her pituitary gland. it’s just behind her eyes. the biggest issue is that her insurance just DROPPED her, most likely because she has a tumor.
